Toppling Ring Leaders Nabbed

Plains - State authorities have named three suspects in the toppling of a South Jawjah statue. Charged with felony damage to a public symbol are Peter Peach, Petrunius Peanut and Patrick Pecan. The three vandals were taken into custody without incident this morning.

Authorities had little evidence and no suspects in the dastardly crime until a Vidalia onion farmer came forth with information about the crime. The onion farmer had infiltrated the circle of "P crop" farmers and went to authorities and named the ring leaders. The unnamed onion farmer has been transplanted to an undisclosed location for his own safety.
