Welcome to tom's twinklers.Almost all of the graphics here are my own creations (the only exceptions are clearly identified as modified). They were made using a Phillips Magnavox WebTV Plus unit by using online graphics devices. All resources used to make them are on my Bodacious F-Key saver available to WebTV users only. You are welcome to use them on personal web pages. However, they are not to appear as part of a list, such as this page. Please do not link directly to these files. Download them to your PC; or if you are a WebTV user, transload them to your own files or upload them to your WebTV scrapbook. A link to this site is not required, but would be appreciated. The graphics are divided into categories as listed on the sidebar. Click on the category. A list will appear. Then click on the individual twinkler. You will be able to change background color to see how it will look on your page. WebtV users can click on the graphic to get the url for transloading. Some of the flashers and splashes are suitable as WebTV "logo" gifs.
