All of the graphics in the top section of the side bar are my own creations (most background tiles created with PC as noted on their index pages). They were made using a Phillips Magnavox WebTV Plus unit by using online graphics devices. All resources used to create the twinklers are no longer available.
You are welcome to use them on personal web pages. However, they are not to appear as part of a list,
such as this page. Please do not link directly to
these files. Download them to your PC or transload them to your own files.
A link to this site is not required, but would be appreciated. The graphics are divided into categories as listed on the sidebar. Click on the category. A list will appear. Then click on the individual twinkler. You will be able to change background color to see how it will look on your page.
